What is the Family Business Governance course?


The Philippine private sector is predominantly comprised of companies that are either family-owned and/or controlledOver time, these family corporations will face unique issues regarding corporate governance.


ICD aims to help these enterprises address these issues through Family Business Governance, a two-day seminar for family members, directors, key officers and other stakeholders of family businesses. The seminar consists of the following modules: Introduction to Corporate Governance, Family Business Governance Framework, Family Enterprise Development and Board Evolution, Succession Planning, and Family Protocols.



 

*ICD requires three (3) Representatives of the family business, to ensure successful implementation of the program.
