To help companies develop sustainable strategy execution systems in the context of good corporate governance, the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) offers the Strategy Execution Pathway (StEP) Program. StEP was developed to help organizations improve their strategy design and execution through a systemic framework that combines management and measurement.

The StEP Program is aimed at company directors and senior managers who must formulate, implement, and monitor a winning strategy that is consistent with the firm’s mission, vision and values.
