What Is the Corporate Governance Orientation Program?

The Corporate Governance Orientation Program is a one-day course covering the basic principles, importance, and benefits of modern corporate governance. It also discusses regulatory updates, best practices, and emerging risks and trends in corporate governance. Duties and responsibilities of the Risk Oversight, Audit and Corporate Governance Committees of the Board are also tackled in this training seminar.

Attendance in this program complies with SEC Memorandum Circular No. 19, series of 2016. It also serves as qualification to apply for ICD Associate Membership.
